10.6 Analyzing memory messages
In the menu
Training
your HR watch automatically informs you if the
memory is almost full or if almost all the laps are occupied.
Message Meaning
When switching to the menu
Training

memory or less than 10 laps are free.
During training, the HR watch signals every 5
seconds
MEM x% Free
, if less than 10% of the
memory is free.
E. g. on the display:

During training the HR watch signals every 5

LAP Rest x
, if there are less than 10
(of a total of 100) laps .
E. g. on the display:
LAP Rest 7
(still 7 laps
free).
If the memory is full, you cannot start a new training session. Read
in the previous section "10.5 Delete all recordings" to find out how to
delete the memory manually.
The memory is also deleted every time the data is transferred to the
PC. You can find the relevant explanations in the chapter "13 EasyFit
Software".
