ATCH SETTINGS
9.1 Overview
In the Time menu you can:
„
Set the time and the date.
„
Set the alarm clock.
When you are in the Time menu the heart rate
monitor automatically activates the main dis-
play. In this mode both the weekday and the
current date are displayed.
9.2 Set time of day and date
Switch to the menu Time by pressing the
MENU button.
Set time format
Press
START/STOP button for approx. 5 seconds.
24 hr or 12 hr TimeFORM is displayed. Press
START/STOP button to choose the 12-hour AM/PM
or 24-hour universal clock. Confirm with
OPTION/SET button.
NOTE:
„ If you select 24hr time format date will be
displayed “weekday day.month”.
„
If you select 12 hr time format date will be
displayed “weekday month.day”.
