3. With screen still removed from oil
cooler, remove sediment from oil cooler
by allowing running water to flow through
the cooler fins.
4. Re-install Cooler guard screen.
5. Check to make sure wire connection on
both Heat light sensor and Fan sensor are
secure and are in place. If sensor wires are
loose, squeeze connectors gently with a
pair of pliers to provide a tight connection.
Note:
The fan sensor is the top sensor located
on the oil cooler. 1 purple wire and 1 Black
wire should be
attached to this sensor.
The Heat light sensor is located on the
bottom of the oil cooler. 1 orange wire and
1 black wire should be attached to this
sensor.
