SC2400 Setup and Installation
Setting Control Transformer Voltage
Only qualified personnel should perform this installation.
♦ Turn the input power off at the disconnect switch or fuse box before working on the welder.
♦ Do not touch electrically hot parts.
On the top right hand side of the welder (cover removed, standing at the rear of the welder), the
Control Transformer Voltage must be set by selecting the appropriate plug for the correct input
line voltage.
The two choices are;
1. 230 VAC
2. 460/575 VAC
Choose the male plug that meets your input voltage requirement and seat firmly into the female
connector as shown in Figure 1. The white plugs are clearly labeled for easy recognition.
