PRIME MOVER OPERATING POSITIONS
These illustrations represent the recommended sequence for positioning the Drive attachment in a resting and or transport
position. It is important that the recommendations are followed to prevent damage to the attachment and ensure safety.
Starting Position
Position the Drive and Auger vertically in desired location. Allow for
ample room to maneuver the prime mover.
Transition Position
In order to safely position the attachment in a resting position the
following steps will need to be completed simultaneously.
1. Lower the prime mover arms.
2. Rotate the attachment plate back towards the cab.
3. Maneuver the prime mover in reverse.
During this process the point of the Auger should not lose contact
with the ground. Failure to follow this sequence can result in
damage. Do not put the auger in a binding situation, this will
cause damage to the Drive output shaft!
