1: Car Battery is Low voltage
Bit 4: Status of +12V output
0: circuit normal(under 4A)
1: over circuit(over 4A)
Bit 5: Status of Car Battery bypass output
0: circuit normal(under 4A)
1: over circuit(over 4A)
Bit 4 and Bit 5: The action will delay 10ms~15ms
