Sets the baud rate, using the SPACE and
BACKSPACE keys to show the choices:
300 600 1200 2400 4800 9600 14400 28800
115200
ESCape or ENTER leaves the rate set at the
last value shown.
On exit, you are prompted to change the
terminal baud rate.
