Checklist Before Sampling
1.
Make sure the battery has been fully charged.
2.
Ensure that the pump is operational.
3.
If using a filter, make sure that the backing paper is removed.
4.
Ensure sampling head is correctly fitted with no leaks.
5.
When using a cyclone, make sure the pump is connected to the
pump by the top outlet stub.
6.
If a flow rate cannot be obtained with similar conditions to previous
occasions, a leakage may be present.
7.
Ensure that the sample to be taken is uniquely labelled.
