3.5 Open Faced Filter Holder
37 mm Filter (Part No. B7632/Z)
25 mm Filter (Part No. B8255/Z)
The open faced filter holder is available in sizes
for use with 25 mm and 37 mm filters. Both
conform to NIOSH and MDHS.
The 25 mm filter holder uses an “O”
ring to seal the head as shown in the figure.
Both filters are held in place by the retaining ring.
The 37 mm head has an extended
outlet tube. This enables the head to be
mounted inside a welding mask/shield, making
it suitable for sampling welding fume.
3.6 Rosin Head (Part No. P109047)
This head is designed for sampling the
fumes generated by the rosin-cored solder
employed in the electrical and electronic
industries.
It uses 13 mm filters at a flow rate
of 1 litres/min for long term sampling or 2
litres/min for short term sampling.
