Digital MOSFET. 20 kHz PWM. Suitable for driving two phase and four
phase step motors with four, six or eight leads.

be used. Drive steps on falling edge of STEP+ input.

Input current: 5 mA typ at 4V, 15 mA typ at 30V.
Maximum pulse frequency: 150 kHz or 2 MHz (set by internal jumper)
Minimum pulse width:
3 usec (at 150 kHz setting)
0.25 usec (at 2 MHz setting)
