Installing Windows Media Player ver. 11

If Windows XP Service Pack 2 has not yet been installed, either download it free of charge from Microsoft
or install it via a Windows update installer.

Contents downloaded from pay sites on the Internet are copyright protected. Also, files encoded in
WMA format when ripped from a CD, etc., on a computer may be copyright protected, depending on the
computer’s settings.

Slide show functionH
Still picture (JPEG) files stored in folders on a
music server can be played as slide shows.
The time for which each picture is displayed can
be set.
When still picture (JPEG) files are played on the ASD-
3N, they are played in the direction in which they are
stored in the folder, so store in them in the direction in
which you want them to play.

Music server
This function lets you play music files and playlists
(m3u, wpl) stored on a computer (music server)
connected to the ASD-3N via a network.
With the ASD-3N’s network audio playback
function, connection to the server is possible
using one of the technologies below.

Album art functionH
When a WMA (Windows Media Audio), MP3 or
MPEG-4 AAC file includes album art data, the
album art can be displayed while the music files
are playing.
