“TV Out” at the iPod’s “Slideshow Settings” or “Video
Settings” must be set to “ON” in order to display the
iPod’s photo data or videos on the monitor. For details,
see the iPod’s operating instructions.
Viewing Still Pictures on the
iPod
Photo data on the iPod can be viewed on
the monitor.

Press and hold BROWSE/REMOTE to
set the Remote mode.

Use u i to select the menu, then
press ENTER or p to select the fi le to
be played.

Press ENTER , p or 1 /3 until the
image you want to view is displayed.
n About the Internet radio function
• Internet radio refers to radio broadcasts distributed
over the Internet. Internet radio stations from
around the world can be tuned in.
The ASD-3N is equipped with the following Internet
radio functions:
· Stations can be selected by genre and region.
· Internet radio stations in MP3 and WMA
(Windows Media Audio) format can be listened
to.
· Your favorite radio stations can be registered by
accessing an exclusive DENON Internet radio
URL from a Web browser on a computer.
b The function is managed for individual users,
so you must provide your MAC or e-mail
address.

• The ASD-3N’s Internet radio station list is created
using a radio station database service (vTuner).
This database service provides a list edited and
created for the ASD-3N.
b The radio station database service may be
suspended without notice.
Playing Network Audio
This procedure can be used to play Internet radio
stations or music or still picture (JPEG) fi les stored
on a computer.

iPod’s photo data or videos on the monitor. For details,

Shuffl ing playback
Press RANDOM switch the shuffl e mode.

To switch between the Browse and
Remote modes
Either press and hold BROWSE/REMOTE.
n Browse mode
This mode is for operating by displaying the iPod
information on the monitor connected to the ASD-
3N.
In this mode, it is not possible to operate the iPod
directly or to perform the operations associated
with the slide show function. Set the Remote
mode to play slide shows.

This mode is for operating the iPod directly while
watching the information displayed on the iPod's
screen.
In this mode, the GUI operation guide is not
displayed on the monitor.
Playing repeatedly
Press REPEAT to switch the repeat mode.
