Cannot tune to one or
more channels. • The program you want to watch
may be blocked through the
parental controls. For more
information, see “Setting parental
controls” on page 25 or “Turning
the parental lock on or off” on
page 24.
• The channel may have been
deleted from the channel list. You
can tune to the channel by
pressing the number buttons or
you can add the channel back to
the channel list. For more
information, see “Deleting
channels” on page 15.
Password is lost. • On the Lock menu, enter 1397 for
the password, then set a new
password. For more information,
see “Setting the parental
password” on page 24.
Cannot access some
items. • If a setting or option is grayed out,
it is not available in the current
input mode.
TV cabinet creaks. • When you are using your TV, the
temperature inside the cabinet
increases. This causes the cabinet
to expand or contract, which
produces the creaking noise. This
is not a malfunction.
Buttons do not work. • Unplug the power cord for a few
seconds, then plug it back in and
turn on your TV.
