” Check the settings in the Windows Control Panel.
” Make sure you have installed the necessary device drivers.
” Contact the device vendor for additional support.

” Detach the external device; insert it into the Enhanced USB
port. Separate the cable with the equipment; first insert the
wire into the port, then connect the device with the cable that
is inserted into the Enhanced USB port.

” Please make sure power cable is inserted into the Enhanced
USB port, if it is inserted then follow the normal procedures
in disconnecting the device; power cable will not be
disconnect, connect back the signal cab le.
