ABS Block Relocation: To ensure proper clearance of the ABS block it needs to be relocated
closer to the frame rail. This can be achieved by slightly loosening the 13mm ABS lines with a 13mm
wrench. (Do not loosen them too much to avoid getting air in the system.)

Once the lines are loose, swing the ABS block towards the fire wall and the frame rail at the same
time as pictured in Pictures 1 and 2 below. Some bending of the ABS lines will be needed. This can be
done gently by hand as they will bend easily. Make sure all lines clear steering shaft.

Prepare relocation bracket by installing gromit as pictured below. Slide the bracket into position
using the OEM steering rack 18mm bolt while making sure to align the U tabs on the ABS block with
the two 10mm bolts. Once everything is aligned, leaning the bracket towards the driver’s side, torque
the 18mm bolt to spec. Pictures continue on next page.
