Blindstitch sewing
Blind:ititch sewing means sewing together
two pieces of cloth, the upper one being
folded and sewn to the lower one in such
niaiiiier that the stiehes ai'e invisible on one
side. Such work is done with the blindstitch
foot which has an elastic cloth guide bet-
ween the fingers of tlic base, but otherwise
is identical to art ordtiiai^^' ptx^ssei' frrrtt.
Blind stitch sewing can he accomplished
with the ordinary sigsag stitch or by means
of the automatic huilt-in blindstitch earn.
