BEFORE ASKING FOR REPAIRS
Trouble mode Potential cause of trouble Solution
The system does not have chime tone
when caii button is pressed.
Power switch is OFF. Turn on the Power switch.
Cannot communicate with door station.
Improper power source. System uses PS-241 OA, 24V DC, 1A.
Image does not appear when the
monitor button is pressed.
Wiring between the door station and master
station. See installation manual for proper
wiring.
Hard to hear the caii tone from door
station.
Environmentai noise around the master station
makes the chime hard to hear.

There is a white dot or a portion

It must be noted in advance that the TFT Coior LCD panei, though manufactured with
very high precision techniques, inevitabiy has a very smaii portion of picture eiements that
are either steadiiy iit or not iit at aii, which is not considered a unit maifunction.
