OSC Preferences
The Open Sound Control (OSC) feature allows Mbox Director to be controlled by external apps such as Lemur or
TouchOSC using UDP protocol over a WiFi or Ethernet connection. This feature can be enabled at the OSC tab:
To enable and configure OSC:
Step 1. At OSC tab, check OSC Enabled checkbox. The window will now display configuration settings.
Step 2. At Input Port field, enter the port number where Director will receive commands from the OSC app. For
example, 8000.
Step 3. At Output Port field, enter the port number that Director will use to send feedback. For example, 9000.
