4 Press the shutter-release button half-way down.
• If the focus lamp (green) blinks, check that the subject is within the distance
from 8 cm to 40 cm (is not apart more than 40 cm from the camera).

5 Press the shutter-release button full–way down to take the
picture.
• Even after taking a picture, the close up mode is not cancelled. When the
camera is turned off and on again, the camera enters autofocus mode.
• When the camera enters the autofocus mode, the flash mode is returned to
"AUTOFLASH WITH RED-EYE REDUCTION".
