You can play a disc in siow motion.
SLOW Press SLOW during playback.

Resuming Playback from the Same Location
You can stop piayback and resume piayback iater from the same
iocation on the disc.

PLAY
Press STOP at the location where
you want to interrupt playback.
The DVD video player memorizes the
iocation where you stopped playback.
Press PLAY.
The DVD video player resumes playback
from the location where you stopped
playback.

To start playback from the beginning regardless of
the location where you stopped piayback
1 Press STOP twice.

The DVD video player’s memory is cleared.
To resume normai playback
PLAY
Press PLAY.

PLAY If you are using a DVD video disc, playback
[ ► I starts from the beginning of the current title.
if you are using a VIDEO CD or an audio CD,
playback starts from the beginning of the disc.
• If you want to return to the beginning of a DVD
video disc, open and close the disc tray once
with the OPEN/CLOSE button before pressing
the PLAY button.

The sound is muted during slow motion playback.
Notes
• The DVD video player’s memory is also cleared when:
- you unplug the DVD video player from the wall outlet after you stop
playback.
- you open the disc tray.
- you adjust/change parental lock [s7^ or select a disc menu
language setting ( 3 ^.
> There may be a difference of the location where playback resumes
depending on the disc.
• If you change the initial settings of languages ( 31 ^ or subtitle
languages [ 36 ^ while the DVD video player is stopped, these new
settings will function only after the DVD video player’s memory is
cleared.
