4.6.3 Hydraulic Plumbing
WARNING!
From this point in the installation the
booms will be inoperative until the
electronics are fully installed.
After the NORAC valves are mounted, the
hydraulic hoses and fittings can be plumbed.
The plumbing for the hydraulic circuit is
shown schematically in Figure 3.
1. Remove the tilt lines from the GVM
valve block and install the 4FJXR 4MJT
(F05) fittings onto the valve block.
2. Reconnect the GVM tilt lines to the tee
fittings installed on the GVM valve
block.
3. Install the 90 degree fitting on hoses
H03 to the right “B” port on the
NORAC valve block.
4. Install the other end of the hoses onto
the tee fitting on the right and left tilt at
the GVM valve block.
5. Connect hose H01 to the 6MB 6MJ
fitting installed in the Tank (“T”) port on
the NORAC valve block.
6. Connect hose H02 to the 6MB 6MJ
fitting installed in the Pressure (“P”)
port on the NORAC valve block.
7. Route the ends of hoses H01 and H02
along the left side of the sprayer to the
Pressure and Tank quick couplers.
8. Connect hose H01 to the Tank quick
connect coupler.
9. Connect hose H02 to the Pressure
quick connect coupler.
