8.3 Valve Block Mounting
Ensure that no hydraulic components will interfere with any sprayer parts or be
pulled tight at any time.
1. The NORAC valve block may be mounted to the sprayer by drilling and bolting through the
sheet-metal boom center-part structure or mounted using the included mounting kit.
2. To mount the block to sheet-metal, drill 4 holes through the sheet-metal large enough to
accommodate 3/8” mounting bolts. Stencils are provided at the end of this manual for both
blocks.

3. The valve block may also be mounted using the included mounting hardware. Two lengths
of mounting studs are included for different mounting applications- choose the length that
works best. A variety of mounting holes allow the mounting kit to be use a number of ways.
