The following sections define performance monitoring parameters and definitions for the OPT-PRE,
OPT-BST, 32 MUX-O, 32 DMX-O, 4MD-xx.x, AD-1C-xx.x, AD-2C-xx.x, AD-4C-xx.x, AD-1B-xx.x,
AD-4B-xx.x, OSCM, and OSC-CSM DWDM cards.
