1. REMOVING THE JAMMED SUPPLIES
1.1 For Standard Type
1. Open the front door.
2. Move the head lock lever to the right to release the print head.
3. Remove the supplies jammed inside.

1.2. For On-demand Type (for B-30-H1/H2 only)
1. Open the front door.
2. Move the head lock lever to the right to release the print head.
3. Turn and hold the backing roller lever, and pull the backing paper.
