Greeting
1) With the phone in standby, press
the MENU soft key. Select ANSW.
SETUP menu option, then the
GREETINGOPTIONS submenu and
press the
OK soft key. The answering
machine plays the current greeting.
2) To keep this greeting, do nothing.
3) To switch to the other greeting, press
the CHANGE soft key while the
answering machine is playing the
current greeting.
4) Each time you press the CHANGE
soft key, the answering machine
switches between the pre-recorded
and the personal greeting. The last
greeting you hear is used as the
current greeting.
1) With the phone in standby,
press the isa soft key. REMOTE
ANSWERINGMACHINE OPERATION
appears on the display, and the
answering machine announces the
time, and the number of new and old
messages.
2) To switch to the other greeting, press
[

] .
3) Each time you press [ 6 ], the
answering machine switches between
the pre-recorded and the personal
greeting. The last greeting you hear is
used as the current greeting.
Deleting your Personal Greeting (Base Only)
You can delete your personal greeting from the base. You cannot delete the pre-recorded greeting.
1) When the phone is in standby, press the MENU soft key. Select ANSW. SETUP menu option, then the
GREETINGOPTIONS submenu and press the OK soft key. The answering machine plays the current greet­
ing.
2) While the personal greeting is playing, press the DELETE soft key.
3) The answering machine announces "Greeting has been deleted" and automatically switches back to the pre­
recorded greeting.
