Turn the power off.
Hold down preset station buttons
and "5" and turn the power on.
The frequency step is 50 kHz in FM
and 9 kHz in AM,
To return to the original
frequency step
Perform steps 1 and 2 again.
The frequency step returns to its
original value.
NOTE
When the frequency step is
changed, all the contents of
memory become the initial values.
This operation is not needed when
the unit is used in the United States
or Canada. If it is used in any other
country, the operation must be
carried out so as to set the
frequency to 50 kHz on FM and 9
kHz on AM.
