TTY Mode
You can connect a TTY device to your handset, enabling you to
communicate with other parties using a TTY device.
A phone with TTY support is able to translate typed characters to
voice. Voice can also be translated into characters and then displayed
on the TTY.
1.
From idle mode, press the Center Select Key [MENU], select
Settings & Tools, then press the Center Select Key [OK].
2.
Select Call Settings, then press the Center Select Key [OK],
TTY Mode.
3.
A warning message “Enabling TTY will disable headset audio.”
appears on the display. Press the Center Select Key [OK].
4.
Select one of the following settings, then press the Center Select
Key [SET].
TTY Full/TTY+Talk/TTY+Hear/TTY Off
One Touch Dial
To initiate a speed dial call by holding down the speed dial digit:
1.
From idle mode, press the Center Select Key [MENU], select
Settings & Tools, then press the Center Select Key [OK].
2.
Select Call Settings, then press the Center Select Key [OK],
One Touch Dial.
3.
Select On or Off, then press the Center Select Key [SET].
