6. From underside of left side shelf, remove 2 screws and
lock washers to assembly towel rack and bezels Hang the
two trash clips (R) to the right side burner shelf edge (Fig. 6).
7. Remove (3) 1/4 x 3/8" Phillips head screws and (3) 1/4"
lock washers on side shelf front panel. Then attach front
panel to side shelf using the same 3 screws and lock
washers (Fig. 7).
8. Attach left side shelf in same manner as described for
right side shelf in steps 2 and 3.
Installing Igniter Module
Locate igniter module at right side of cabinet. Remove silver
battery cap and hexagon plastic nut from battery box. Insert
threaded stem of battery box through hole in side burner
control panel as shown (Fig. 8). Tighten it to panel using
hexagon plastic nut. Replace battery cap.
Installing Side Burner Valve
1. Locate side burner valve in right side of grill cabinet.
Remove 2 screws and washers from valve. Insert valve
stem through hole in front panel. Place side burner control
knob bezel over valve stem, and attach bezel and valve
stem to front panel with same 2 screws and washers (Fig. 9).
2. Remove rubber decorative band from control knob to
reveal set screw access hole. Push control knob over valve
stem. Secure knob to stem by using included 5/64" hex
wrench to tighten set screw (Fig.10).
3. Plug side burner igniter wire into igniter module (Fig.11).
4. Ensure small igniter wires into igniter module (Fig.12).
5. Assembly 2pcs tower racks to side shelf control panel
(Fig.13).

When you have finished assembling grill, make
sure that all screws and nuts are tight and secure.
