Center
must be installed and electrically
grounded in accordance with local codes
by a qualified service person to prevent
electric shock hazard and assure stability
during operation. Installation instruc
tions are packed on top of washer for in
staller’s reference. Refer to INSTALIA-
TION INSTRUCTIONS for detailed
grounding
procedures,

Center is moved to a new location, have
unit checked and reinstalled by a quali
fied service person.

jury or damage to Laundry Center, the
electrical cord of a gas dryer must be
plugged into a properly grounded and
polarized 3-prong outlet. The third
grounding prong must never be
removed. Never ground dryer to a gas
pipe. Do not use an extension cord.

correct usage can produce poisonous
gas—resulting in serious injury or death,

matically shuts down dryer motor in the
unlikely event of an over-heated situa
tion (electric dryer models only).
MOTOR SAFETY SWITCH shuts off
heat in dryer if motor stops.
