4.4 Ribbon Feed Troubleshooting
Problem Cause and remedy
Ribbon doesn't
wind. ･ Print mode is set to
direct-thermal printing.

Note: If narrow paper is used, the ribbon may wrinkle. Decrease
the right-side head pressure by turning the offset adjustment screw to
prevent the ribbon from wrinkling.
