Section 7 – Maintenance
Check gear reducer oil level monthly.
Refer to the general lubrication guidelines in the manufacturer’s insert (manual)
accompanying this manual for recommended frequency of oil change and type of
oil for the gear reducer.
Refer to the general lubrication guidelines in the manufacturer’s insert (manual)
accompanying this manual for recommended frequency of greasing and type of
grease for the bearings
Check the drive chain for tension and lubrication after the first 24 hours of
operations and every 100 hours thereafter. Sprockets should be inspected every
200 hours.
Check chain guard.
Inspect the rotor and rotor wiper monthly for wear.
