Step 12. Be sure to line up the horizontal anti-rota-
tion notch.
Step 13. Mount the lower clamp and tighten the
screws. When you mount the upper clamp,
tighten screws loosely for now.

Step 14. Remove the bolts holding the parts together,
then tighten the two bolts that were left
loose in step eight.

Step 15. Place a hydraulic jack between the top and
bottom plates. Apply just enough lift to
remove the spacers.
