Hardware error codes
All errors related to a faulty hardware part of the detector are considered as hardware errors. Hard-
ware errors are mainly detected based on physical values that are out of the working range of the
instrument.
In case an error code is displayed and the problem cannot be solved by switching the instrument off
and on again, please note down the 8 digit error code ending with “h” and contact the service center.
