Some possible errors are:
COULD NOT OPEN FILE ........ FILE TO SEND COULD NOT BE OPENED
DISK ERROR........................... ERROR READING FILE TO SEND
FILE IS EMPTY ....................... FILE TO SEND IS EMPTY
NO FILES TO SEND ............... DRIVE TO SEND IS EMPTY
PART OF FILE MISSING ........ FILE IS SHORTER THAN EXPECTED
TOO MANY ERRORS .............. 20 DISK OR FILE ERRORS OCCURRED
After the brief error message the display then changes to:
TRANSFER INCOMPLETE
PRESS ENTER/CANCEL
After pressing ENTER or CANCEL the display shows briefly:
FILES SENT: 0
ß
NUMBER OF FILES TRANSFERRED WITHOUT ERRORS
PLEASE WAIT
If any files could not be sent the display shows:
FILES SENT: 0
ß
NUMBER OF FILES TRANSFERRED WITHOUT ERRORS
FILES NOT SENT: 1

NUMBER OF FILES NOT SENT DUE TO ERRORS
If you press CANCEL or STOP during the transfer, the transfer will proceed while the
display shows:
QUIT TRANSFER?
PRESS ENTER/CANCEL
Press CANCEL to continue the transfer.
Press ENTER to confirm the cancellation of the transfer. The display will briefly show:
TRANSFER ERROR
CANCELED BY USER
After the brief error message the display then changes to:
TRANSFER INCOMPLETE
PRESS ENTER/CANCEL
File Transfer (RECEIVER)
1. When Instant Replay is idle, it can monitor the file transfer input for a destination name that
matches the stored receiver name. When a file transfer begins the display outputs the
following:
