TIME SEARCH
When the position of the recorded portion of a tape that you
want to see is known, that point can be easily found after fast
forward or rewinding.

Push the T íme button during
either Stop Mode or Playback.
Input the amount of playback time
between the current and the
desired tape positions.
> —Raise the figure.
< —Lower the figure.
Setting range;
0:00-9:59
Decide which direction to make
the tape advance, and use the
Fast Forward or Rewind buttons
accordingly.
(Example) Rewinding:
Push the REW button. Rewinding
starts and the remaining time for
time search is indicated.
REW-* 0:21
When the remaining time
becomes “0:00", the Mode
changes to Playback.
Note;
The counter stops at any portion of the tape where no
programme is recorded. The time search does not include
the time of such tape portions.
