Installing Batteries In the
Rem ote Control
Follow these steps whenever you need to install or change the
batteries in the remote control.
1.
Remove the cover of the battery compartment.
2.
Place batteries as shown, matching the'+ and - end of each
battery in each compartment.
3.
Replace the cover.
Precautions on Battery Use
Incorrect installation can cause battery leakage and corrosion that
will damage the remote control.
Observe the Following Precautions
•
Batteries must be replaced as a pair.
•
Do not combine a used battery with a new one.
•
Do not mix battery types (for example, "zinc carbon" with
"alkaline").
•
Do not attempt to charge, short-circuit, disassemble, heat or
burn used batteries.
•
Battery replacement is necessary when the remote control
reacts sporadically, or stops operating the receiver.
