Plug one end of the power cord into an ordinary AC outlet and the other end into the receptable on the rear of
the machine.

power failure. One for the machine parameters (such as LOGO, ID Number, AutoHiiaJer Telephone
Number, etc.) which can back up for 10 days and the other one for the document memory, which can back
up for 1 hour when fully charged.
UF-744 has a recharges^le battery to preserve the macNne parameters only for up ta 10 days when fully
