—Is there a PD {not CD) cartridge in the tray?
—Has the PD cartridge been placed correctly in the tray?
—Has the drive’s LUN function been set correctly?
—Is the PD cartridge dirty? (Wipe clean using the optional
disk cleaning kit).
—Has condensation formed in the drive?
(Wait an hour or so for the unit to dry out and then try
operating).
