1. If you need a special number to access
an outside line, input the number first
and then a pause by pressing PAUSE
before you enter the full number. A
is displayed for a pause.
2. You can insert a space by pressing
in the telephone number SPACE
to make it easier to read. The space
does not effect the dialing.
3. If you have Pulse Dialing (Rotary) ser­
vice and you need to change it to Tone
Dialing in the middle of a long number,
press H to make the change. A “¡J”
is displayed for the change.
