LAMP REPLACEMENT INSTRUCTIONS
To Replace The Lamp:
1. Turn light source off and unplug power cord from light source.
2. Loosen finger screw on lamp access panel and pull out lamp tray.
3. Remove old lamp by rotating
lamp spring retainer away
from lamp spring, pulling
lamp back and up, and then
unplugging lamp connector
from harness.
4. Install new lamp by
connecting harness and
inserting into housing,
ensuring alignment notches
are in the 6:00 and 12:00
position. Rotate retainer
back over lamp spring. Use only Stahl Endoscopy replacement lamp #AL-
5060.
5. Push lamp tray back into light box and lock in position with the finger screw.
Reconnect the power cord.
NOTE: Avoid touching lamp glass with fingers. Skin oils will reduce lamp life.
WARNING: RISK OF FIRE; only use Stahl Endoscopy AL-5060
replacement lamps.
CAUTION: LAMP MAY BE HOT. Allow lamp to cool before
replacing.
HIGH ENERGY CONCENTRATED LIGHT. LOOKING DIRECTLY
INTO LIGHT MAY CAUSE EYE DAMAGE.
