6. Attach the antenna.
•
If the antenna cable is to be secured through the enclosure (antenna screwed on from the outside), run the
RPSMA jack on the antenna cable through the enclosure and secure with the provided lock washer and nut.
Screw the antenna on the outside of the enclosure. See Figure 4.
• If the antenna assembly is installed through a cord grip, first connect the RPSMA jack on the antenna cable
to the antenna. Then stick the antenna through the cord grip, allowing it to protrude about 1.5 to 2 inches,
and tighten the cord grip.
Note
Ensure the antenna’s metal parts will not contact anything inside the enclosure when the enclosure is
reassembled. If needed, reposition the antenna, or install a piece of heatshrink tubing over the cable to
antenna connection. See figure 5.

7. Adhere one of the included MAC Address stickers to the indicator enclosure in a position convenient for
the operator to see. The second label can be used as needed.
8. Reassemble the indicator.
