You can print and export the report card.

PRINT REPORT CARD

From the report card preview window, you can directly print the preview report card to a local or
network printer. To print the preview report card, follow these steps:

Click the

Printer

icon

on the menu bar at the top of the

Create

Report

window.The

printer selection window will be displayed.

Choose the printer from the list and click the

Print

button or click the

Cancel

button to cancel

the printing.

EXPORT REPORT CARD

The preview report card can be exported to third-party software applications. These export options
include:

Crystal Report (*.rpt)

•

Adobe Acrobat (*.pdf)
