There are several ways to obtain and order filter replacements for your unit.
Contact;
... your builder, plumbing contractor and/or your installer that provided the product...,
... the kitchen & bath showroom, distributor, and/or retailer where you purchased the product...,
... or use the internet in the following manner...,
Ordering Filters, UV Lamp Replacements, and Parts
The most convenient way to purchase the correct filters for your unit may be to visit an
authorized web distributor such as

Follow these easy instructions to obtain the correct filters for your system;
1......... Click on “Products” button,
2......... On right side of that page, find “Filter Replacements” and click here,
3......... Find “Filters by Sink Product” and click,
4......... Identify the unit you own and click on the model #, (
for example RU300C18 )
5......... Click on the “Place Order” button to order your complete set of filters for your
particular unit. Now just follow the secure store instructions to complete the
purchase and you’re done.
To order needed parts from the same authorized internet distributor;

2......... On right side of that page, find “Parts” and click here,
3......... Find your part(s) by scrolling the clearly described items,
4......... Click on the “Order” button to order a part (return to this page if you need more
items) for your particular unit. Once complete, just follow the secure store instructions

close to you (hopefully someone will be responsive), let them know what you have, and they can place
your order. As a manufacturer, EWS, Inc. does not sell direct to consumers, only into distribution.
