5 Configuration
The following sections deal with configuring or setting up the operation of the APD-100
to best suit your particular needs. Figure
shows the structure of the User and
Configuration menus. Refer to it as needed.

5.1 Setting Parameters
Follow the steps in this section to access the parameters that control the functions of
the APD-100.
1.
Press and hold the SETUP key until…
USER is displayed. There are two menus containing parameters. One is
for the end user (USER) and the other is for configuration (CONFIG) of
the unit.
2.
Press the FAST/^ or TRICKEL/v key to toggle between USER and CONFIG.
3.
Press the ENTER key to accept the displayed choice…
The unit enters the chosen menu.
4.
If you chose USER in step
, go to User Menu
. If you chose
CONFIG in step
.
5.
After making your choices in the menus, press the EXIT key to exit the menu
and return to standard weighing mode.
After the parameter is modified and confirmed by pressing ENTER, perform step
5
above to save the setting!
