Accurate Exposure Metering
Accurate
exposures
can
be
obtained
even
when
zooming
because
this
camera
is
equipped
with
a
TTL
exposure
meter,
using
a
CdS
photocell,
which
measures
light
pass
ing through the lens.
World’s First Built-In 1C Power Circuit
A
highly
accurate
exposure
meter,
using
a
monolithic
1C,
is
incorporated
in
the
metering
circuit.
This
checks
the
voltage
fluctuation
and
makes
possible
very
accurate
exposure
metering
Three
1.5V
penlight
batteries
are
commonly
used
as
power
for
film
drive,
automatic
zooming,
and
metering
for
the
convenience of the user.

Clear
Single-Lens
Reflex
Type
Viewfinder
The
viewfinder
is
of
the
single-lens
reflex
type,
using
a
total
reflection
mirror.
There
fore,
subjects
can
be
easily
and
clearly
seen

under
dark

warning

macro
filming
indicator also built into the viewfinder.

built-in
voltage
stabilizing
circuit
for
check
ing
fluctuation
and
maintaining
a

ac
curate exposure.

The
318M
is
compact
even
with
a
built-in
zoom
lens,
and
it
weighs
only
470
grams
