Use a telephoto lens to capture the action and

zero in from safe distances Hold the shutter but­
ton halfway and keep the autofocus mark on the

subject while tracking the action.

PJI Portraits
Attach a telephoto lens and move in as close as

possible to fill the frame with the subject’s upper
body Place the subject in flattering lighting.
Focus on the subject’s eyes and keep the back­

ground blurred. Keep the shutter button pressed
completely to take pictures continuously
