LU Inserting the Battery

Open the battery cover.
• While pressing the ridges
on the battery cover, lift off
the cover

Insert the battery.
• Insert the battery with the +
and - terminal positioned
correctly with the release
tape ® is behind the battery
^ The IMP indicator is
displayed on the LCD
panel

Close the battery cover.
• Be careful not to trap the
release tape when closing
the battery cover.
^ If"...........” blinks in the LCD
panel, after you change
the battery, you will need

to reset the date to the
correct date and time

Removing the Battery
• Slowly pull the end of the release tape to remove the battery
• After removing the battery to replace It. do not touch
any of the switches on the camera. This will allow the
dale and time settings to be retained for
approximately five seconds.
