4. Do not leave camera in a hot place.

Keep camera a\way from water or

moisture. When using camera near

water, guard against splashes, espe

cially salt water spray.

If camera malfunctions, take it imme

diately to an authorized Nikon dealer

or service center.

Stae camera in a cool, dry place

away from naphthalene or camphor

(moth repellents). In a humid envi

ronment, store camera inside a

vinyl bag with a desiccant to keep

out dust, moisture and salt.

Note, however, that storing the leather

case in a vinyl bag may cause leather to

deteriorate.
