Scanning the Beginning of Each Marking Position - Index Scan

You can scan the begining of each marking position in succession. Use the Remote Commander. To view

the index number on a TV, press DISPLAY.

Press INDEX on the Remote Commander during normal playback or playback pause mode.

Ù) Press ◄◄ or ►►. The tape rewinds or advances rapidly and plays back for approximately 10 seconds

from the point on which the index signal was marked. If you want to continue playback, press 0-. When

you do not press any button, the tape is automatically scatmed to the next program.

Press INDEX on the Remote Commander during stop mode.

Press or ►►. The tape rewinds

or advances rapidly and plays back for approximately 10 seconds horn the point on which an index
signal was marked.

Press O when the desired program starts playback.

To cancel Index scan mode

Press O. Normal playback resumes.
