Using the Group Feature
To create or change a Group:

Click the PHONEBOOK button on the Main screen to open the Phone
Book.

Click the EDIT button on the Phone Book expanded panel (or right-
click the name of the person you would like to add to the group) and
select Edit from the pop-up menu that appears.

Make sure that a fax number has been entered in the Fax field.

Click the Groups button.

If you are creating a new group, click the New Group button and
enter the name of the group.
The Group Membership field lists all the groups to which this person
belongs. The Available Groups field lists all the groups to which this
person does not belong.
6 To add this person to a group, select the group from the Available
Groups list and click the ADD button.
To remove this person from a group, select the group from the Group
Membership list and click the DELETE button.
To send a fax to the group:

Click the QUICK FAX button.

Click the PHONES button.

Click the SELECT button.

Click the Group Membership drop-down box and select the group to
which you would like to send the fax.

Click OK.
6 Click All in List.
